Market entry
Local positioning, channel selection, pricing architecture and launch planning tailored to Norwegian and Nordic customers.
Dermalab · Nordic market partner
We help ambitious cosmetics brands enter Norway and the Nordic region — with commercial insight, structured quality assurance and long-term partnerships.

Experience as our foundation
Dermalab is operated by CS Netthandel AS, established in 2006. We combine hands-on experience in imports and e-commerce with a clear objective: to build selected cosmetics brands responsibly and for the long term.
For us, a strong partnership begins with documented product quality, open dialogue and realistic expectations. We assess the brand, portfolio, positioning and documentation before developing a tailored market plan.
What we contribute

What we look for
How we begin
Brand, team, ambitions and market potential.
Portfolio, quality, labelling, claims and commercial terms.
A focused launch with defined objectives and learning points.
Controlled growth through channels that suit the brand.
Responsibility & standards
We do not use certification symbols as decoration. Relevant certificates, tests and claims must be documented. Our assessment considers packaging and material choices, logistics, traceability and supplier practices. Requirements relating to the responsible person, product information and labelling are clarified before market launch, with qualified advisers when needed.
Articles
A good product is the starting point, but rarely the whole reason a brand succeeds. In the Nordics, retailers and end customers expect clear value, understandable product claims and a consistent experience across packaging, content and customer service.
Before launch, we assess whose needs the product truly serves, how pricing and portfolio fit together, and which channels allow the brand to be built properly. A focused pilot provides better insight than a broad launch without clear objectives.
We look for brands that treat quality as a system, not a slogan. This means consistent product performance, documented procedures, traceability and a willingness to improve as markets or regulations evolve.
Equally important is the quality of the collaboration: realistic forecasts, open information sharing, reliable supply and respect for long-term brand building. This is what turns a supplier relationship into a partnership.
Cosmetics must be documented as carefully as they are formulated. Before a potential market launch, we review the available product information, ingredient lists, labelling, claims, tests and traceability.
We clarify responsibilities, gaps and necessary adaptations early. Where specialised regulatory assessment is required, qualified advisers are involved. The objective is a transparent process that protects the brand, the market partner and the customer.
